SUMMER CAMP Program Guidelines, Policies, and Responsibilities

Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to CTX Martial Arts Summer Camp! We are thrilled to have your child join us for an enriching summer filled with martial arts training, character development, and fun. This document outlines important guidelines, policies, and responsibilities to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive experience for all campers.
I. Health and Safety
- Well-being Priority: The health and safety of our campers and staff are our top priorities. Please ensure your child is in good health when attending camp.
- Hygiene Policy: Campers are expected to maintain personal hygiene. Please provide your child with necessary hygiene supplies.
- COVID-19 Precautions: We continue to monitor health guidelines and may adjust protocols to ensure everyone's safety. Updates will be communicated as needed.
II. Camp Schedule and Activities
- Camp Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Early Drop-Off/Late Pick-Up: Available from 8:00 AM. Please note that a late fee of $10/30 minutes applies after 5:00 PM.
- Structured Activities: Our camp includes martial arts training, educational activities, games, and weekly field trips to local attractions. The schedule of activities will be provided at the start of camp.
III. Enrollment and Fees
- Registration: Complete the registration process as early as possible as spots are limited. Registration details are available on our website.
- Tuition Fees: Detailed information on tuition fees is available at our office and online. Fees cover all camp activities, including field trips, lunch, and snacks.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are granted only if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the start of the camp session.
IV. Behavior and Discipline
- Respectful Environment: Respect and kindness are required at all times. Bullying or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Disciplinary Measures: Actions may range from a warning to dismissal from the camp, depending on the severity of the behavior.
V. Additional Policies
- Electronic Devices: Usage is restricted to specific times. Devices must be labeled with the child's name and are brought at the owner's risk.
- Dress Code: Campers must wear the camp T-shirt and appropriate sportswear daily. All belongings should be labeled with the camper's name.
- Field Trips: Parents will be informed of any field trips in advance. Permission slips must be signed and returned prior to each trip.
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, camp staff are trained to provide first aid and will contact parents/guardians immediately.
VI. Parental Involvement
- Communication: Please keep contact information updated. Regular updates will be provided through emails and the camp's online portal.
- Participation: Parents are welcome at scheduled events but are asked not to interrupt daily camp activities.
