🏅 Fitness Evaluation Day (FED) for CTX Martial Arts Students 🏅
Dear CTX Martial Arts Families,
We’re excited to announce our upcoming Fitness Evaluation Day (FED), a required event for every student to showcase their physical fitness and conditioning. This evaluation will assess key physical attributes, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness, to ensure readiness for the next step in their martial arts journey.
About the Evaluation:
The FED will include a variety of exercises and fitness tests designed to evaluate our students’ physical capabilities. These tests will include, but are not limited to:
• Push-Ups
• Sit-Ups
• Flexibility Tests
• Agility Drills
• 1-Mile Run
The 1-mile run is a key component of the evaluation and will help assess each student’s endurance level, a critical factor in their overall fitness and martial arts progression.
Event Details:
📅 Sunday, Sept. 29th, 2024
📍 Tropical Park
🕘 9 AM
Why It’s Important:
The Fitness Evaluation Day is not just about passing a test—it’s about demonstrating growth, discipline, and perseverance. Each student’s performance will directly impact their readiness for belt testing and give them and their instructors insights into areas of improvement.
Preparation:
Students are encouraged to practice at home and in class to build strength and stamina. The results of this evaluation will play a crucial role in their martial arts progression, so it’s important that they arrive prepared and ready to give their best effort.
We look forward to seeing our students push their limits and achieve new heights in their martial arts training!
Best regards,
Sensei Luis Costa
